Selection of tenants

We will select a suitable tenant on your behalf. Because of our 25 years of experience in mediating in rental accommodation, we know exactly which type of tenant will be suitable for your accommodation.

Expert maintenance

We will ensure professional and rapid repair of any defects that may occur in the property. You may, of course, also wish to rectify the defects yourself. But this work often needs to be carried out at inconvenient times and disrupts the tenants comfort. Because of our skilled workers, you can be assured that the accommodation is in good hands.

No rigmarole

Both when the rental agreements take effect and when they end we will carry out an inspection of the accommodation ourselves. We will ensure that the rent is collected on time and will send remainders and demands should this be necessary. If required, we will engage the services of a reputable collection agency.
