Rental broker
KamerRaad offers two methods of renting. In both cases the procedure and the costs are different.
Method 1
Are you looking for a place to stay and have you seen a potential property in our portfolio? If this is your situation, then you could find more information at Rent a Home.
Method 2
The second option is to hire a professional. This saves time for you, because the real estate agent does all the searching and negotiates the most favorable terms for you. This method offers two options:

You have found an interesting home yourself, that suits all your wishes. We will accompany you to the second viewing. We do a rental check, evaluate the terms and discuss the contract in detail.
We accompany you during the key transfer and draw up an inspection report with a corresponding photographic report. Furthermore, we help you with questions that may arise during your rental period.
Rental broker 21 months rent (excl. VAT)*
After an exploratory chat in which we establish your housing requirements, we start searching for you.
We draw up a list of potential residential premises, and we accompany you for a viewing, or do so on your behalf. After the viewing, we evaluate the properties together with you.
We negotiate with the landlord about the terms, the agreement, the rent and any possible special conditions. We will make an utmost effort to get the home allocated to you by the landlord. After all, it is the landlord who decides who will be the new tenant.
We check the rental agreement and discuss all the important articles with you. After that, we take care of the signing of the contract.
We accompany you during the key transfer and draw up an inspection report (including recording meter readings, checking fixtures & fittings) with a corresponding photographic report. You will be given advice on moving, about gaining access to internet, and we help you to formalize utility services.
We provide supervision so that the landlord's arrangements are complied with and if this is not the case, we take action to resolve this. Furthermore, we can also help you with matters that may arise during your rental period.
