   3. If you decide to make use of our services, and we make an agreement, we will promote the premises to potential tenants. We post the property on our website and other housing sites. In addition, we have a large database of potential tenants seeking housing, whom we notify about the particular premises;

   4. We arrange viewings with 3 to 4 candidates. After we have found and screened a suitable potential tenant, if desired, we will propose the candidate to you;
